Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of their personal information. While flrt ai does not sell your personal information in the traditional sense, these laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly.

• We do NOT sell your data to data brokers, advertisers, or other companies for monetary or other valuable consideration.
• We do NOT share your conversations, AI memory, or profile content with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
• AI processing happens on infrastructure we control. Your conversations are not sent to consumer-facing third-party AI APIs to generate responses.
• We share data with service providers (such as cloud hosting, content delivery, communications, and security providers) solely to operate the Service. These providers act on our behalf and may not use your data for their own purposes.
• Mobile measurement. On mobile, we work with a third-party measurement provider that helps us attribute app installs and key in-app events to marketing campaigns. The data shared with that provider includes device identifiers, IP address, the campaign that referred you, and high-level event indicators. It does not include your conversations, AI memory, profile fields, or generated content. You can decline this tracking on iOS via App Tracking Transparency, or limit it on Android via your Advertising ID settings.

As a California resident, you may:

• Right to Know: Request details about what personal information we collect, use, and share.
• Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information.
• Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
• Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Limit: Limit use of sensitive personal information.
• Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
